How would I know if my order has been received successfully?

Upon receipt you will receive confirmation from Talensi Accra Ghana This will be sent to the email address you provided When you placed your order.The email will contain order details.If for some reason you did not receive an order confirmation please email. Do not hesitate to contact customer service at [email protected]

How do I modify my online order?

Due to processing times of our orders You are only able to modify orders within 24hrs after they have been placed. Please contact us and we will modify your order in that timeframe. How long would it take for me to receive my order All of our garments are handmade in our Accra Ghana atelier by one of our talented sewers therefore,most of our inventory is made to order and will ship a week after the order is placed.Our Fall “New Arrivals is RTW and ship in 5 working days.

Can I have my order rush processed ?

Rush orders are processed in 2-3 business days at an additional fee of $30.00 or 100ghc per a garment. Please contact us prior to placing a rush order. All of our garments are made to order, thus rush processing may not be available depending on own production schedule. Once you receive a confirmation that we can rush your order, please submit your $30.00 or 100ghc fee per garment here.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your exchange and return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our work,no returns are accepted at this time. We can can offer you an exchange if you contact us within five days of delivery. Unfortunately there is no exceptions to our return/exchange policy.If you have a concern regarding to the quality and sizing of your custom garment. Please contact us directly and we will be happy to review your concern with you.
All items must be in original, new, unworn, undamaged and unaltered condition with all tags attached (including the return tag on dresses, rompers and jumpsuits) and accompanied by your receipt. Please note that Final Sale items .gift cards, lingerie and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged. We’re unable to honor previous sale prices, promotions and/or price adjustments. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any item for return that is not in original, new condition or damaged due to: Soiling or staining (food, lipstick, makeup, bleach, marker/pen, sweat, dirt, etc.) Wear and tear (worn, ripping, tearing, snagging) Scent (perfume, body odour, mildew)

How do I exchange an item?

Due to limited merchandise quantities and the constantly evolving fashion selection on poquapoqu.com, we currently do not process exchanges of poquapoqu.com merchandise. In order to get the item(s) you want as quickly as possible, simply place a new order and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund. When we receive your return, we’ll issue you a refund.

How can I pay for my online purchases ?

Talensi Atelier Accra Ghana accepts Paypal, Visa,MasterCard, Mobile Money on Vodafone,Tigo/Airtel, MTN.

Will I be charged sales tax when ordering online?

Talensi Atelier Accra Ghana is required by law to charge sales tax on all purchases. Sales tax is estimated at checkout,the final amount will be reflected on your invoice or order confirmation

Am I responsible for taxes and duties added to my order?

Yes, that is correct. We are not responsible for any import/custom/and duties & taxes applied to your order.

Are price adjustment given?

Price adjustments are not given at this time. Additionally, current sales and promotion do not apply to previous purchases.

What are my shipping options?

Our preferred carrier is DHL. We will like to continue to support the post office and trust that DHL to get you your merchandise on time. We do offer other shipping options at checkout for some locations.

Does Talensi Accra Ghana ship to multiple addresses?

We ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, you must place one order per address.

I saw something on your Instagram or Facebook page, but I don’t see it for sale online. Can I order it?

Sometimes we will photograph a custom order that was one-time creation. We also test certain patterns in small batches of sample fabric we receive. For these reasons not all garments we post on social media are added to our full online collection or available for purchase. Items also sell out fast, so if you absolutely love them, be sure to buy them quickly.

I placed an order online and received a refund and email saying my item(s) were out of stock

Due to high volume, occasionally items may be sold before our inventory can be adjusted. Full refund will be issued for items we can’t fulfill. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
