These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agree to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.
Minors or people below 18 years old are not allowed to use this Website.
RETURNS
We want everyone to be happy and to love their purchases so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us directly to discuss further.
- You have 7 business days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Shipment charges or import duties paid are non-refundable.
- To initiate a return or exchange, email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line and the reason for your return or exchange. Our customer service team will confirm your request and guide you through the available options.
- Returns received outside the 7-day window may not be processed or may only qualify for store credit.
- If you provide a size for your items (or confirm the size chart upon purchase and discussions to be made in), any changes in the custom order requested by you will not be refunded after delivery if changes are not communicated prior to shipping.
- In either case, the refund will not include the shipping charges and the cost of shipping the items back to us is to be borne by the customer.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, with all labels intact, and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or missing original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- A store credit will be issued for the value of the returned items, minus the cost of shipping.
EXCHANGES
- Talensi will exchange items for other products of equal value. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, a store credit will be issued for the difference. If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer will be charged the difference before the new order is shipped.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on exchanges.
- Talensi is not responsible for refunding duties and customs charges incurred on orders in the event of a return or exchange.
Defective Items
- If an item is defective, Talensi will recall the item and offer a full refund, excluding shipping and duty charges. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received, inspected, and confirmed as defective or not as described on our website.
